MediKotha User Data Deletion Request

Under Google Play policies and privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), you have the full right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated health records.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

If you have MediKotha installed on your Android device, you can completely and permanently delete all your data with a single tap. This takes effect immediately without waiting for review.

Open Settings

Launch MediKotha and tap the Settings icon on the bottom navigation bar.

Data & Storage

Scroll down to the Data & Storage section.

Delete All Data

Tap Delete all data and confirm. All local and cloud records are permanently wiped.

Method 2: Web Data Deletion Request Form

If you have already uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, please fill out the form below. Our systems will locate your cloud record by your registered Google email or phone number and purge all associated data.

Data Retention & Deletion Policy Details

What data is permanently deleted:

Account Identifiers: Your Firebase User ID (UID), linked email, and push notification tokens (FCM).
Medication Records: All active and past courses, dosage times, custom schedules, and brands.
Adherence Logs: All dose confirmation history, timestamps, and adherence streaks.
Health Vitals: All stored blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, and pulse checkup logs.
Caregiver Connections: All monitor permissions, invitation tokens, and alert links.
AI Triage Transcripts: All voice and text conversation logs with the Kotha assistant.

What data may be retained and why:

Google Play Billing Records: Anonymized transaction and subscription receipt IDs are maintained by Google LLC under statutory accounting and tax regulations. MediKotha does not store your credit card or personal banking information.
