1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MediKotha ("the Application"), developed by MH-Nazmul, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not install or use the application.
2. Nature of the Service
MediKotha provides automated medication reminders, dose tracking logs, generic drug information directories (derived from public regulatory sources), and preliminary AI-assisted symptom queries (Kotha). You acknowledge that:
- All dose schedules, medication names, and dosages entered into the app are entered by you or your healthcare provider and must be verified against your actual physical medical prescription.
- Drug descriptions, pricing estimates, and generic alternatives are provided for general educational and informational awareness only.
- You must never alter, start, or discontinue any prescribed medication dosage without first consulting a licensed physician or certified pharmacist.
3. User Responsibilities & Device Configuration
To ensure medication alarms ring reliably, you are responsible for:
- Granting required device permissions (Exact Alarms, Notifications, and battery optimization exemptions) as recommended by your device manufacturer.
- Ensuring your device time and timezone are accurate.
- Verifying that medicine stock counts and dosages recorded reflect your actual physical medication supplies.
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
- MediKotha offers an ad-free experience. Core medicine tracking and schedule timelines are free forever.
- Optional premium subscriptions (Monthly or Annual) and consumable donations are billed securely via Google Play Billing.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your Google Play Store account settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the developer and contributors of MediKotha shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from missed doses, technical notification delays, power interruptions, device manufacturer battery-saver restrictions, or reliance on information displayed within the application.
6. Intellectual Property
All software code, visual design, icons, and original documentation of MediKotha are the proprietary intellectual property of MH-Nazmul, protected under copyright and international treaties.
